<p><span style="font-size:15px;font-family:Arial;white-space:pre-wrap;">This is a general vote for all members of the wiki in order to revoke KidProdigy's rights or maintain them. Please keep in mind that all personal negative opinions about the admin should be refrained - this is purely professional and all opinions should be in regard to his capability or incapability as an admin. To begin this thread, we will sum up the recent events of the past current weeks. On April 20, 2015 - I, TheLittleRabbit (also known as NoyaThePenguin), sent a message, which could be found </span><span style="font-size:15px;font-family:Arial;white-space:pre-wrap;">here</span><span style="font-size:15px;font-family:Arial;white-space:pre-wrap;"> , to KidProdigy with the request to make several changes to the wiki. Each change was carefully created on my sandbox wiki to make sure he would get the full picture of everything before any changes were made. He fully agree to the changes and before I made of, I asked the currently active members (Healnarutoule and Fattieschan) at that time if they would agree with the changes and they fully supported them. With both KidProdigy and the other's support, me, Healnarutoule and Fattieschan began to change the pages. After three days of extensive editing and hardwork, we edited a large number of pages. Days after, KidProdigy began to unexpectedly delete numerous pages, beginning with Shoyo Hinata's page. He claimed that he didn't like the layout, but why did he agree to it in the first place (he saw the layout too, please remember) if he didn't like the layout? After three days of hardwork, he finally claims that he doesn't like it? </span>
</p><p><span style="font-size:15px;font-family:Arial;white-space:pre-wrap;">After deleting numerous character pages, episode pages and chapter pages, he began to change the main page and the navigation. Basically, he is turning the wiki back to its original form without any consent from any of the people who have edited the pages and given it their all. User Healnarutoule brought up the concern in this thread and even though many users asked if we could have a vote, he adamantly stated, “Unfortunately, it doesn't count for the new layout”. Many have asked him again and again if we could vote to keep the new layout, but with selfish reasonings, he decided against listening to our community and unilaterally decided to keep the old template. According to </span>[[|<span style="font-size:15px;font-family:Arial;white-space:pre-wrap;">practices for administrators Help:Best practices for administrators</span>]]<span style="font-size:15px;font-family:Arial;white-space:pre-wrap;"> which is a page created by Community Wikia, "...admins don't make the rules and don't make unilateral decisions, but rather they use their tools to carry out the will of the community." It also states, "Just like in a democracy, when a Wikia community votes on decisions rather than decisions being made by an admin". Though this is what the wiki community encourages, he does everything against this, so therefore, we seem him unfit as an admin. Admins should listen to their community, not use their power to impose their personal views. </span>
</p><p><span style="font-size:15px;font-family:Arial;white-space:pre-wrap;">If majority of currently active users agree with this notion, we will go ahead to Wikia Staff and ask them to revoke KidProdigy's rights.</span>

<p>Thank you for voting and sorry about all of this. We hope you'll continue to contribute to this wiki. Our original desire was not to revoke your rights, but rather fix up this wiki and let our opinions get through to you. However, out of being desperate, this is our last resort. We hope you understand and thank you for everything you've done.

<p>I've spoken with someone, I usually speak with the staff about when I feel lost. I will make a new thread, a better one, which users will vote about the layout. Do know, that I will not lose this wiki and everything I've worked hard for. My final offer. I've read the link about how a administrator must act towards the community, It's best not to follow my intention, but that of the community. Administrators are not any higher than the community because they got extra flags, they are just regular contributors that are part of the community and to inspire them and listen to the community wishes.
</p><p>Let we all make a final try for this wiki, with no trouble, and no endless discussions. This time just to move on as a community.

<p>This isn't about the layout anymore - this is way more than that and now we wish to revoke your rights, which you misused. As you said, admins are regular contributors that are part of the community to inspire the users and listen to the community wishes. You didn't listen to our community. I don't think we're looking to just move on anymore.

<p>Sorry, but that doesn't go that simple anymore. This time you should listen, because many things aren't going that simple, as for that, the staff herself told me to compremise things and also was through the situation.
</p><p>You have knew my reason for this behavior, and yet you still act desperate. I'm done going to this nonsense actually, and search to figure things out right now. If you don't accept that, then you will follow the same lead as what I've done to you.

<p>We've tried to compromise. Remember, we said "...can we keep the new template for the major characters and we'll keep the old one for the minor pages"? We've been trying to compromise, that was everything we've been doing until now. Now, we're taking action. This is not nonsense - what you're saying is nonsense. And final offer? What final offer? There was never an offer except take it or leave, which is not how an admin should act. You've been dictating over us and you've not been really giving us many choices. This time I should listen? What do you think out community has been doing? We tried to listen, but if you want us to listen, you have to listen to us too. De were willing to compromise - you said no. So, now we're done with compromising. We're taking action.

<p>Fine with you then, but... I was given the offer to vote about what you guys said, but I didn't gave an vote yet. What I'm saying isn't nonsense, I've meant the whole situation is taking a giant turn, which for me is nonsense, and do know that you feel offended. But, you guys are progressing too fast after I didn't gave away my vote yet, either that, the vote would still progress it is not like I am the final vote to make it progressed, am I right?
</p><p>And I've said was "I thank you for understanding. But I cannot take place in a poll that we as a community never fully agreed on to do this actually. I want to see equalization, because this isn't something small, it is something major." because I've felt down at the moment, but that's also you not will agree with.
</p><p>I've said everything what I'm willing to say so far, and it will get nowhere. I've nothing left to say, do what you guys want, because, you have no any idea where I'm coming from actually.

<p>Much apologies for interrupting this chain of comments, but, Former Admin KidProdigy, you can still vote as you are still a member of our community. In fact we encourage you to vote, since this voting session is supposed to accurately represent the entire 185 members of the community. Every Wiki User is a part of the community and regardless of position, they will all be treated with the same respect and dignity, so we would like to hear your opinion matter on this as well.
</p><p>Also, I'd like to take this opportunity to express how sincerely sorry I that this had to happen. To clear up several things, however, I'd like to say that I have nothing against you personally; in fact, you, along with other Wiki Contributors, were actually one of the reasons why I had decided to contribute to the Haikyuu!! Wiki, but alas, we, as a community, have come to the sad conclusion that there could be a better, more-qualified admin. We do not, however, want to bully or harass you into giving up your position as that is not how the Haikyuu!! Wiki community should act; we want you to instead remove yourself from Admin position peacfully while also retaining dignity (with our Wiki Users being respectful) as you have done quite a lot of notable work that must be credited. Lastly, we want you to be aware that our community does not consist of only three people but rather of 185 members, and of these 185 members, you, if not already redundantly stated, are included as well and therefore, is entitled to a voice and opinion.
</p><p>To sum things up, I, along with other Wiki Contributors, hold no apparent grudges or hard feelings towards you. We humbly ask you to do the same, and we will understand if you cannot fullfill this request as we know that it may be nearly impossible and seems to be actually quite insulting though we have already established that that is not our intention. If, however, you decide to set aside this tiring and heated matter, we'll always be avaliable in the Live! Chat. With all due respect, you are always welcome to join us, and we will all be looking forward to when you may. <p>Sorry, but I do not have the time anymore to be around here, and respect what your saying. You guys are apologizing a lot to me while that's not needed, just be honest with me. I see the enourmous hatred and dislike against me, so there is no need to be nice to me. As said, you guys want to get rid of me, then go ahead, get rid of me. Or else you all didn't came up with a vote to have my administrator rights to be revoked. Does that leaves you all satisfied and happy when that happens, and I know it will. Even though hidding it with sad messages towards me.
</p><p>I will leave many things in your hands, and another wiki that doesn't respect my hard work for the rest of the years. I can bear with it because it happened a lot of times.
</p><p>Contributing under the anime and manga categories not my thing anymore. I do not have the time anymore to create another conversation and getting yelled at and seeing that users are loosing their temper when not being satisfied.
</p><p>Be happy, and laugh matters off because I'm gone and such, this is not the only wiki that I have. If I'm wrong about all of your feelings against me, then tell me, but I will stay in mind that all the apologies are just a lie to show how respective your are about yourself.
</p><p>Go, go to the chat and tell everyone you've won and share your happiness. I don't care, I've through much harsher time's through my years around wikia. Promise me another things, do not leave any messages on my message wall, I've simply not the time to talk with you guys.

You can burst another hate towards this message because everything I tell you guys will piss you off, and I know it is. I've felt that numerous of times or coming with an entire story with signs of hate. All of it is just hate and I just know it, just be honest. You all have a grudge against me, or else you guys wouldn't create such a thread at the first place. Right now, I've got important things to do, so I cannot stick around here with you guys any longer. Go and do what you guys like to do at the wiki.

<p>Well, it's highly understandable that you feel this way about us -that we are being dishonest of our feelings, so as you told us, I will not apologize, since you believe that the apologies we give do not reflect our true thoughts, but I will instead say that we have nothing against you personally. We really only thought that you did not posses the best abilities to maintain adminship. As a normal Wiki contributor, I think you did great; you created pages and added to them. As an admin, however, I think you didn't do too good, and I really hope you can understand that. Also if you experienced any harrasment or had any users "lose their temper", I just want you to know that that is not how a member of the Haikyuu!! Wiki community should act, and anyone who does such thing should not be tolerated. Since this message is getting a bit too long and is starting to perputuate "lying", as you are saying we are doing, I'll conclude by stating that we understand if you are not going to contribute the Wiki anymore, and we will respect any other choices you decide to make in the future.
