<p>I always have this questions in mind : what is the actual age of the first second amd third years in haikyuu ?
Some people said that the third years were born in 1998, the second years in 1999 and firts years in 2000 but others says that to know the actual age we have to focus when haikyuu started to be published ? What do you think ?

<p>Technically, yes. But age is based off of the manga series. The year is never shown in the manga or anime series.

<p>Okay I get it! So technically to know the actual age we have to base on the year of the manga but like we didn't have it we don't know so we base on the parution on the manga ?

The manga only gives us the birthdate and no year. We know their age because of their high school year.

Yeah and i see that some user had the year of the birth for some character. Like hinata was born on 1996 but I do not exactly know if it the real year or not
