I was recently on here and found out that Kageyama credited Oikawa and said he was an inspiration of his when he went pro in an interview that’s so crazy like I would have never expected him to admit that
After the movie finished I have grown through many emotions like all that op moments made me cheer like all out and also some scenes are very good ... but in the end there's something missing idk what but it's like empty feeling after set3 there's something missing then I check the manga and got to know they covered 32 chapters and believe me they skipped many good moments of set 3 😭 !! That's totally heart breaking the charcters bond which needs times they cut it out and now I'm afraid for the last 70 something
chaps for the upcoming only one movie that's a big issue don't u think ?
Surprise, surprise! Today is 𝒯𝑜𝒷𝒾𝑜 𝒦𝒶𝑔𝑒𝓎𝒶𝓂𝒶's birthday!
Advanced Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you 🎄🎆!
Good luck and wish you all the best ❤🎂🙏🏻...
Some days ago i was reading the manga from the beginning again when I noticed the emphasis on the word "connect" in quite literally the first panel. I think it's so significant bcuz if you really look deeply into it, a major theme in Haikyuu is connection.
Not only do the plays have to connect on the court in order to win the game, but players also have to connect on an emotional level. Throughout the series they form bonds and friendships that they might've not if not for volleyball. Volleyball being a sport where connection (and communication!) is vital to a team's success.
If you've read the manga or watched the anime im sure you've noticed what im talking about. Its especially noticable in Karasuno (duh callisto, the series literally revolves mostly about them).
But like one big example is Kageyama. I love him dearly but i also see his faults, my boy did not know how to connect. Look back at his time in middle school. There was no connection between him and the rest of the team.
And he would've carried on with that attitude, he would've continued to be the self centered king of the court into high school if he hadn't crossed paths with Hinata. I think we all know what happened from there.
Kageyama and Hinata were forced to cooperate, they didn't want to at first (well it was mostly Kageyama who avoided it) but they eventually realized there was no other way to achieve their goal. Suddenly a genuine bond begins to form between them. A connection. That is why their freak quick works, not jus because of either of their skills but also because there is a bond there. They have connected to a level where they trust each other enough to make the attack work.
That has been 2 AM Thoughts About Haikyuu with Callisto as your host, until next time 🫡
And with some pretty exciting news!
The title screen has been updated and the new art is adorable!
The title screen also has animated fireworks but you can't really see it from a screenshot.
Hinata and Kageyama are also available in gacha and the others will come after them (i unfortunately spent all my wings on a school unifrom version of nishinoya🥲 but hopefully I save up enough to get kuroo or bokuto)
They also have an 0.5 anniversary event going on right now
And they added a new point/character upgrade system called the yell system
Essentially every time a character does something like a serve or receive or toss they gain a bit of yell points and you can upgrade their speed or stamina or strength with it
The "FEVER" bar on top is related to it and I'm assuming you get extra points when you're in fever mode
There's also coins for this system and a new character rank called "yell" with a green icon
Season 2 of story mode also got released recently, and another thing that got released is a minigame which you can play 3 times per day where you have to time a serve hinata does to knock over a bottle like the commercial breaks and you get all sorts of rewards in the end.
I don't have any ss of it tho lol
The crowd: Hey, number 9, he’s Karasuno’s scary and rude setter right? The king of the court?

What if... Oikawa did not fear that Kageyama will beat him because he sees that Kageyama has potential but instead they became friends. which would lead to Kageyama not being nicknamed "King Of The Court" and he never becomes the reason his teammates turn their backs on him at the nationals.
What if... Keishin Ukai never became Karasuno High's coach?
What if... Kei tsukishima never went to Akiteru tsukishima's game and never knew his brother lied.
What if... Saeko Tanaka dated Akiteru tsukishima all through high school and Ryūnosuke Tanaka and Kei tsukishima actually had a good bond because they would have known each other longer and would have had something in common
What if... Toru Oikawa took Wakatoshi Ushijima's advice and went to Shiratorizawa academy
Alright, that is it, for now, I will make a pt.2, and remember this is all a joke do not feel offended or take any of it seriously however if you want to use any of these ideas tell me in the comments or on my message wall. and give credits if you do use them. Bye have a good day, night, or evening.
