<p>I used to hate Tsukishima but he has some really solid character development and you can see it in the recent season and in the manga. Okay, time to be honest, I don't really like Oikawa. He's very manipulative and can read people's weaknesses easily. As someone who has been bullied a lot I do not like manipulative people at all because they can lead you to believe that they are on your side while taking advantage of you and then tossing you away when they no longer need you. Other characters who are similar to him like Miya Atsumu I don't really like either for similar reasons (although Miya is less manipulative and more taunting, I'd put his personality somewhere between Oikawa's and Tendou's). Basically I don't like characters that are mean and want to see others fail.

<p>Haha this thread is so old but my favourite major characters are all of the captains, but if I had to pick one it'd be Ushijima. He appears so big and intimidating, but he really seems like a large teddy bear that might be a bit bad at making friends. He seems genuinely nice and the kind of person who would give poeple presents just because he wanted to. For side characters I really like Komi, he seems like a fun guy to be around and probably a huge meme but like everybody else on fukurodani he knows how to deal with Bokuto when he is dejected.
