<p>It's really complicated to think about. The way I interpret this stems back to when Kageyama was in junior high. Due to him being so demanding and lack of communication, no one on his team wanted to hit his toss. Fast forward to the Karasuno vs Aobajohsai game in season 1, Kageyama learns that he should learn more about his teammates capabilities and their personal limits so that the tosses he gives can bring out 100% of the spiker's ability. </p><p>Going into season 2, everyone is striving to improve themselves (training arc) and want to push their limits further. This is the case with Hinata when he said he wanted to spike with his eyes open. Kageyama originally rejected this idea because he felt that the system they had going already (and what Kageyama learned from season one) was fine as it is and doesn't want to risk trying something new just to find out that it won't work or it's not as effective in a match. After talking with Oikawa, Kageyama realizes that he should support Hinata more on giving him the tosses he want. Kageyama is getting better with communication here! Character development! </p><p>Season 4, Kageyama is putting Oikawa's words to heart is making sure he communicates with the spikers on how he can fix his tosses. When Atsumu called him a goody two-shoes, he was referring to how Kageyama constantly makes sure that his tosses are EXACTLY how the spiker wants it. The quote, "There is no greater toss than one which is easy for the spiker to hit", is what Kageyama was doing. While Kageyama was making sure his tosses were easy for the spiker, he never made suggestions or really tried to encourage the spiker to try something different or to push themselves. </p><p>To answer the question on the real meaning of an easy toss for the spiker, it is doing EXACTLY what the spiker asks without increasing the difficulty whatsoever. </p><p>Continuing on to the rest of Season 4... </p><p>After coming back from the national youth training camp, Kageyama reverts to his ways as the King of the Court. His tone was horrible when speaking to his teammates and was easily aggravated from simple mistakes. At this time, Hinata tells Kageyama that it's okay to be the "King" again (to push his teammates' limits), as long as there is proper communication. </p><p>With all of this summarized, volleyball is a game of teamwork. A toss that is easy to hit requires communication from both the spiker and setter. The spiker states if anything needs to be changed and the setter will make suggestions so that they can improve as a whole. </p><p>It's very complicated and I'm not sure if it made much sense, but this is how I see it. Hopes this helped a bit! </p>

It varies between those days depending on how quick translators work. </p><p>On the topic of a new season, there has now been a official announcement on the production of Haikyuu Season 4. Although there is no specific release date as of now, it is currently being worked on. The new season will potentially be released by the end of 2019 or beginning of 2020. </p>

The manga only gives us the birthdate and no year. We know their age because of their high school year.

Did you mean chapter? Last week was Golden Week in Japan if I remember correctly so there was no new chapter. Chapters will resume regularly this week.

<p>In addition to Ushiwaka, Eikichi Chigaya from Shinzen is left-handed. If you follow the manga, he shows up during the summer training camp and a later arc for the All-Japan Youth intensive training camp. </p><p>There are also a couple of characters who are theorized to be ambidextrous. For example, Kuroo has been shown spiking with both hands in the manga but Furudate has stated right-handed players spiking were occasionally drawn spiking with their left hand due to drawing while half-asleep. Nishinoya might also be ambidextrous due to his ability as the libero. </p><p>I might be missing someone but that's all that comes to my head. </p>

<p>The first few chapters of the manga have been done in order of when the character first appears in the chapter or is mentioned/seen in a flashback. When I joined the wiki, I tried to follow up in that same way but I don’t think it really matters. It’s completely fine if you wish to do things differently. </p><p>Sorry that I haven’t had the time to help out other than creating chapter pages.
