"Battle at Lunch Break" (Japanese: 昼 (ひる) 休 (やす) みの戦 (せん) , Hiruyasumi no Sen) is an extra chapter in Volume 20. The book was published on March 4, 2016.

Overview[]

Nishinoya and Tanaka compete over who gets a sandwich bread during lunch break.

Plot[]

Nishinoya and Tanaka challenge each other to get the final sandwich on sale at the Sakanoshita Market. Both lunge forward to grab it only to send it flying above Ukai's head. They react fast enough to save it at the same time just before the sandwich falls on the ground. The two look up to see two girls standing before them. Nishinoya and Tanaka get excited at the chance of seeing the girls' up-skirts before getting slapped.

Ultimately, Hinata is the one to get the final sandwich but Nishinoya and Tanaka handshake after being more than satisfied at what had happened. They even try to get Sugawara to join them next time but are quickly dismissed.
