HVD-04 - It's Seijō that Goes to Nationals Starter Deck (Japanese: HVD-03 スターターデッキ Ver.全国に行くのは青城だよ) is the forth starter deck for the Haikyū!! Volleyball Card Game. It was released in Japan on September 26, 2015[1].
The It's Seijō that Goes to Nationals Starter Deck includes 41 cards (of 11 types), two play mats, infomation cards and a rule book.
