The Haikyū!! 10th Anniversary is an event in 2022, celebrating ten years since the beginning of the serialisation of the Haikyū!! manga in Weekly Shōnen Jump on February 20, 2012. The celebration was first announced at Jump Festa 2022, where it was revealed that there would be ten major projects to be announced over the course of the year.^[1]

Projects[]

As part of the celebration, ten major projects are due to be announced. Projects one to four were announced at Jump Festa 2022 and projects five to eight were announced in Weekly Shōnen Jump #12 (2022). The final two projects were announced at the Haikyū!! × V.League "The Volleyball" All Star Special Match.

In 2020, to celebrate the completion of the manga, an exhibition of Haruichi Furudate's manuscripts and artwork was created, and subsequently toured Japan. For the 10th anniversary it was announced that a final exhibition would be held in Tokyo between February 16 and March 11, 2022.

New Radio Drama[]

A new radio drama, focused on the daily lives of the characters from Haikyū!!, is being released in chapters via the Haikyū!! Karasuno High School Broadcasting Club! podcast. The first chapter, titled Trouble Consultation (悩み相談), was included in podcast episode 114, which was released on February 28, 2022.

New Haikyū!! One-Shot[]

A new one-shot, titled Special One-Shot: A Party Reignited (Japanese: 特別番外編「祭り再び」, Tokubetsu Bangaihen "Matsuri Futatabi"), was released on April 24, 2022, in Weekly Shōnen Jump #21 • 22 (2022), and featured Tetsurō Kuroo gathering players from the "Monster Generation" for a special reunion match.

Following on from the first special match held in 2020, a second collaboration between V.League and Haikyū!! took place in August 2022. On 13 August 2022, there was a special event featuring V.League players and cast members of the anime, and on 14 August 2022, the match was held. This match, as well as being livestreamed, was held in front of a live audience.

Haikyū!! 10th Anniversary Book[]

A special book, titled Haikyū!! 10th Chronicle (ハイキュー!! 10thクロニクル), celebrating the 10th anniversary of the serialisation and looking back at the entire history of the series, will be released on September 2, 2022.

New LINE Stickers[]

Haruichi Furudate will, for the first time, be producing a series of stickers for the Japanese social network LINE. Stickers will also be produced by Retsu (author of Let's! Haikyū!?) and Kyohei Miyajima (author of Haikyū-bu!!).

Haikyū!! Full-Color Manga & Jump Remix Volumes[]

It was announced that the Haikyū!! manga would be re-released in two new versions; a full-color version of the manga would be released digitally, with new volumes releasing each month, from April 4, 2022 and a "remix" version, where volumes are combined into compendium editions, from March 11, 2022.

Stage Plays[]

At the Haikyū!! × V.League "The Volleyball" All Star Special Match event, it was announced that the Haikyū!! stage plays would be returning in 2023, and the first play would be directed by Kenta Suga, who played Shōyō Hinata in the original Hyper Projection Play "Haikyū!!"^[2].

Haikyū!! FINAL[]

Also at the Haikyū!! × V.League "The Volleyball" All Star Special Match event, Haikyū!! FINAL was announced. These are a pair of movie sequals to the Haikyū!! anime, with a launch event due to happen in August 2023^[3].
