"Extra Edition" (Japanese: 番外編 Bangai-hen) is a special chapter of the Haikyū-bu!! series, written and illustrated by Kyōhei Miyajima, that was included in the tankōbon Volume 2.

Plot[]
Let's make Cookies: Tanaka, Nishinoya, and Yamamoto do all they can to preserve the riceballs that Kiyoko made for them.
Miya's name: Atsumu and Osamu discuss swapping bodies again but this time with different people. Osamu thinks switching with Kita would be great but Atsumu comments how he would like to switch with a girl. Their conversation leading Kita to think the two are up to something else entirely.
The Iron Wall vs The Worrywart: Daichi, Sugawara, and Asahi pay a nervous visit to Date Tech to thank them for returning Hinata's missing shoes. Unfortunately, a nervous Koganegawa thinks the three are there to raid them.
The Seijoh Castaway Log: While watching a news broadcast, Oikawa is shocked to see that Kyōtani was left behind on the island.
Yasufumi Gambling Apocalypse: Saeko continues to repeatedly beat everyone in mahjong.
If Bokuto Were To Enter The Principal's Office: Recalling a time when he had seen Komi's hair stand straight up, Bokuto asks the libero if he is also wearing a toupee.
That's 100% Hyakuzawa: Komaki comments how Hinata is only forty-eight percent of Hyakuzawa and ignores Minamida telling him to stop comparing others to Hyakuzawa.
There are no Cats on a Snowy Day: Alisa presents an AK-47 to Kuroo and Kenma.
Very Popular YouTuber Oikawa-san: Iwaizumi suggests Oikawa make another video while being bound again but this time he should attempt to escape a tank filled with water.
Johzenji Job change: Terushima attempts to get another job as part of a host club but this time drags Misaki into it.
Neighborhood Association Halloween: Hanamaki and Matsukawa question how many hours Oikawa has spent running around the shop locations just so he can keep watching Saeko in her vampire costume.
If Shiratorizawa's Ace Reincarnates in the World and Becomes a Hero: Tendō decides to be hit by a vehicle in order to be reborn as an Isekai man and have a harem. Unfortunately, his plan does not work out how he wanted.
