Japan Women's National Volleyball Team is the national team of Japan that played in the 2021 Summer Olympic Games.

The team uniform consists of a red sleeveless jersey with the Japanese flag, team name, and player's number on the front, and the player's number and surname on the back and red shorts. The libero's uniform has a white jersey instead of a red one.
