Kuzuri appears to be a middle-aged woman with short straight hair and wears glasses.
Personality[]
Kuzuri is a strict woman, as she is Mujinazaka's head coach. She isn't afraid to insult her team when they do something she deems stupid. Despite that, she cares for them and even smiled when she saw that Kiryū was able to develop out of his fear of losing.

When Mami suggests that Mujinazaka should probably stop their anti-Bokuto blocking scheme since the other Fukurodani players seem to be giving them trouble as well, Kuzuri calls him an idiot and tells him that the best defense is a good offense and that they should continue since part of Mujinazaka's job is to make Fukurodani lean on their ace even when they don't want to[1].
And when Kiryū was describing Bokuto for the fun he was having while playing and just being a great player overall, Kuzuri knew that Bokuto would be a problem for Kiryū because he wouldn't know how to react to him. Near the end of the match, Kuzuri notices that Kiryū has been in top form all game and that facing a player like Bokuto, someone he just can't handle, forced him to get over his desperation.
Kuzuri acknowledges that aces can have off days too since they are also humans as well, but that Kiryū is just doing fine today, having a smile on her face. It's been said that Kuzuri always gets mad at Usuri for depending on Kiryū way too much when overwhelmed by his opponents[2]. She was not shown after Mujinazaka's loss to Fukurodani.
