Nice is a slim but strong-looking young woman with long, slightly wavy, light-colored hair. She often wears fancy earrings, crop tops or tank tops, and shorts, to match the tropical climate of Brazil. She often wears her hair down and occasionally accessorizes with sunglasses, which are both fashionable and practical. She appears short, being around the same height as Hinata.

Nice is an assertive and commanding woman who is vocal about her ideas and the people she supports. She worries about money a lot, since her boyfriend's (later husband's) job as a beach volleyball player is not very stable, and her own job working at a restaurant does not bring in a lot of income. Despite not being a beach volleyball player herself, she pays attention to the world of the sport and is decently knowledgeable about it.

Nice first appeared storming into the apartment she and Heitor share, yelling about his recent loss of another volleyball partner and voicing her money-related concerns, following them up with the suggestion that Heitor seek out Ninja Shoyo as he was known for his great skill and willingness to partner with others. After Heitor agreed with her suggestion and began working with Hinata, he told him that he was planning to propose to Nice if they won their match on the last day of the Solcard Cup. Nice came to cheer for them at their match.

After losing the match, Heitor approached Nice, but before he could finish his sentence, she reveals that she figured out his plan to propose to her if he had won the match before proposing to him on her own. After Heitor immediately accepted, Nice would thank Hinata for helping Heitor; stating that Heitor now seemed like he was enjoying himself more since partnering with him. Their wedding was shown later with many in attendance, including Hinata.[1]
Nice accompanied others to the airport on the day Hinata would return to Japan. She would be surprised upon learning that Hinata was an 'unknown' in the volleyball world when she learned that he would be attending tryouts for professional teams. Nice and Heitor watch him play in the MSBY Black Jackals vs Schweiden Adlers match despite it occurring during the early morning hours in Brazil. While they cheered for Hinata, they also greatly supported Nicollas Romero. In 2021, Nice and Heitor are watching the men's Olympic volleyball match between Japan and Argentina and are shown to now be the parents of three young children.[2]
Nice and Heitor appear to have been in a serious relationship for some time as they shared an apartment together. Nice is a source of support to Heitor and his volleyball career; Nice having been the one who suggested Heitor request Hinata to become his new partner. Upon Nice figuring out that Heitor wanted to propose to her if he and Hinata won their final match, Nice instead proposed to Heitor and they were soon wed. Several years later, they are shown to now have three young children.
Although their friendship is not widely depicted, Nice and Hinata have become good friends. She gives Hinata partial credit for Heitor appearing to have gained a new passion for playing beach volleyball. When Hinata is about to return to Japan, Nice is present to say good-bye. She and Heitor also watch Hinata's debut match on the MSBY Black Jackals and also watch him play during the Olympic games.
