Shimafu is slightly taller than average with a lean physic. He has a shaved head and wears glasses with a blue frame. He is only seen wearing a white t-shirt, green shorts, sneakers, and a pink sports jersey.

Shimafu is first seen during the first camp at Nekoma High being held by the Fukurōdani Academy group. He is mainly seen playing in the practice matches and eating at the barbeque at the end of the camp.
