"Star" (Japanese: スター Sutā) is the three hundred and thirty-second chapter of the Haikyū!! series, written and illustrated by Haruichi Furudate. It was published in the 4th-5th double issue of Weekly Shōnen Jump’s 2019 series.
Overview
Bokuto, in peak shape, helps bring Fukurōdani back from a huge point deficit. However, Akaashi is still having an off game and is substituted out to gather his composure.
Plot
Bokuto is unstoppable as he scores three consecutive points to narrow Mujinazaka's lead. Soon, he follows up with a no-touch ace to give his team even more momentum. Fukurōdani is on the brink of overtaking Mujinazaka, but Kiryū thwarts Fukurōdani's progress with a powerful spike to maintain Mujinazaka's lead of 21- 19.
In the following rally, Komi saves Kiryū's spike but sends the balls too close to the net. Not wanting to give Mujinazaka a free ball, Akaashi attempts to toss but ends up committing a lifting foul. Afterwards, Akaashi tries hard to regroup but can't help comparing himself to genius setters like Kageyama and Atsumu. Among the spectators, Kenma, Kuroo, and Yamamoto notice that Akaashi is off his game and explains how hard to keep a clear mind during a match. Just then, Fukurōdani's Coach Yamiji decides to substitute out Akaashi for Anahori. Akaashi apologizes to his teammates for his poor performance, but Bokuto detects Akaashi's worries and indirectly reminds him that every match they played is of equal importance. When Konoha scolds Bokuto for his inconsiderate comments, Bokuto explains that there's no need to circumvent the subject because Akaashi is very capable of handling it.
