"Very Popular YouTuber Oikawa-san" (Japanese: 超人気 You Tuber 及川さん Chōninki YouTuber Oikawa-san) is the twenty-first chapter of the Haikyū-bu!! series, written and illustrated by Kyōhei Miyajima and was first released on October 21, 2019 on Shōnen Jump+.

Oikawa tries his hand at becoming a famous YouTuber.
Plot[]
Oikawa relishes in how he is able to watch any game at any time he wants thanks to the internet. He attempts to tease Iwaizumi on whether or not he is familiar with the internet and smartphones but quickly stops when the ace threatens to hit him. Claiming that the internet is able to provide them with things such as movies, television, manga, and even Jump Plus, Oikawa is impressed that being a Youtuber is now a profession and decides to try to become one himself.
Iwaizumi is amused at the thought of Oikawa having embarrassing videos of himself uploaded onto the internet, but Oikawa insists that it has to be something only he can do. He declares that it has to be volleyball, saying that he can upload tutorials and compilations of his best plays. Iwaizumi begins to wonder if this would be a good idea considering Oikawa's tendencies to show-off and have a smug personality when he plays. However, Oikawa claims that he will be able to handle making videos without any problems.
The Seijoh captain enlists Iwaizumi to be his cameraman for his first video and proceeds to lie on the ground with his hands and ankles tied. The act confuses Iwaizumi, and he asks what Oikawa's intentions are since he wanted to be filmed making volleyball videos.
Getting Hanamaki to help by tossing a ball, Oikawa attempts to make a receive while still tied. Even knowing how difficult the task is with his limbs tied, Oikawa firmly believes that this is something that would earn a great amount of views. Although he was able to make the receive, the ball flies straight into the back of Kyōtani's head.
Seeing the newly-angered second-year stare him down, Oikawa tries to defend himself by showing that his wrists are tied and is not at fault for how the ball hit him. Kindaichi, Hanamaki, and Iwaizumi watch and continue filming as Oikawa is left to Kyōtani's mercy.
Later, Iwaizumi approaches Oikawa to reveal that the video received one hundred thousand views although it would eventually be taken down due to containing violence.
