Appearance[]
Kosaku has short brown hair, thick eyebrows, and grey eyes. Despite him being taller than the average Japanese high school student, he is quite short compared to his teammates.
Personality[]
Not much is known about Kosaku's personality, but he seems like a friendly but competitive teammate, as he cheered Riseki on during his serve.
Plot[]
Tokyo Nationals Arc[]

Near the end of the first set, Kosaku is subbed in for Ōmimi. As the serve goes, Daichi predicts it is going to drop but still makes an attempt to receive it and succeeds, but with difficulty. After Karasuno manages to win the rally, Kosaku apologizes to his teammates for not being able to aim at Tanaka like he had planned but they don't blame him. When he is subbed in again during the second set, Kosaku remembers back to his goal to aim at Tanaka, which he successfully attempts and gets delighted as he does so. Following their loss, Inarizaki bows to Karasuno.
